E-Mail : info@anotherpoker.ch
Site Web : www.anotherpoker.ch

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all poker tournaments and events organised by Another Poker GmbH.

By registering for and participating in a tournament, participants accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the applicable house rules and tournament rules, provided these have been made available to them before participation.

Mandatory legal provisions and conditions imposed by the relevant authorities take precedence.

2. Minimum Age

Participation in poker tournaments is restricted to persons aged 18 or over.

Another Poker GmbH reserves the right to request a valid official identity document to verify a participant's age.

Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate.

3. Registration and Seat Reservations

Registration for poker tournaments takes place via the Buy-In.info platform or directly at the poker club.

Successful registration through Buy-In.info automatically reserves a seat in the tournament.

Registration is generally non-binding. Participation is subject to compliance with the applicable tournament conditions and legal requirements.

Entry fees must be paid exclusively on-site at the poker club.

4. Cancellation of Registration and No-Shows

Players who are unable to attend a tournament are requested to cancel their registration in good time.

In cases of repeated failure to attend without prior cancellation, Another Poker GmbH reserves the right to disregard future registrations from the player concerned when tournaments are fully booked.

5. Late Arrival

Registered players are requested to arrive on time for the start of the tournament.

In the event of late arrival, a reserved seat may be allocated to another player.

Late entry during the Late Registration period remains possible, provided registration is still open and seats are available.

6. Waiting List

If a poker tournament is fully booked, additional interested players may be placed on a waiting list.

Available seats are allocated according to the order in which players joined the waiting list.

Players must be physically present at the poker club when called in order to receive an available seat.

If a player is not present when called, they will be removed from the waiting list. The available seat will then be offered to the next player on the waiting list who is present.

Being on the waiting list does not guarantee participation in the tournament.

7. Entry Fees and Legal Betting Limits

Entry fees may vary depending on the tournament and will be announced in the respective tournament description.

Payment must be made exclusively on-site at the poker club.

The total amount of entry fees paid by a player must not exceed CHF 300 per day and venue, insofar as this statutory limit applies to the event concerned.

All entry fees are taken into account, including fees for Re-Entries and participation in other tournaments held on the same day at the same venue.

Another Poker GmbH will refuse any further tournament entries or Re-Entries once the applicable legal limit has been reached.

Any stricter statutory or regulatory restrictions remain applicable.

8. Re-Entry

Re-Entry is permitted in tournaments where this option is expressly offered.

A Re-Entry allows a player who has been eliminated to enter the same tournament again.

Re-Entries are permitted only during the designated Re-Entry period and subject to seat availability.

The applicable entry fee must be paid again for each Re-Entry.

The number of permitted Re-Entries is limited by the applicable legal betting limits and the conditions of the respective tournament.

Rebuys are not offered.

9. Prize Money and Payout Structure

Another Poker GmbH applies a predetermined payout structure to its poker tournaments.

This structure is available on the official website under the section “Regelwerk” (Rules) and can also be viewed directly at the poker club.

Prize money is distributed in accordance with the applicable payout structure and all relevant legal requirements.

10. House Rules and Tournament Rules

The current house rules and tournament rules of Another Poker GmbH apply to all poker tournaments.

All participants are required to comply with these rules and follow the instructions of the tournament director and staff.

The tournament director is responsible for applying and interpreting the tournament rules.

11. Decisions of the Tournament Director

In the event of questions regarding the rules, uncertainties or disputes arising during a tournament, the tournament director will make the necessary decisions concerning the continuation of the tournament.

Such decisions are made with the aim of ensuring fairness and the proper conduct of the tournament.

Participants' mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Conduct and Rule Violations

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and fairly.

Insults, threats, violence, attempted cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct and violations of tournament rules will not be tolerated.

Depending on the severity of the violation, the tournament director may issue a warning or immediately exclude a player from the tournament.

Players who are heavily intoxicated or disrupt the tournament may also be excluded.

13. Exclusion and Refunds

If a player is excluded due to a rule violation, the tournament director will decide on a case-by-case basis whether an entry fee refund is appropriate.

The nature and severity of the violation, as well as the individual circumstances, will be taken into consideration.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

14. Right of Admission and Bans from the Premises

In cases of serious or repeated misconduct, Another Poker GmbH may impose a ban from its premises.

Both company management and the tournament director are authorised to impose such a ban.

The duration of the ban will be determined based on the nature, severity and circumstances of the incident.

A ban may be temporary or permanent and may also include exclusion from future events.

Statutory rights remain unaffected.

15. Changes to Tournament Procedures

Another Poker GmbH may make legally permissible changes to tournament procedures for organisational or operational reasons.

Such changes may include starting times, blind levels, break schedules and organisational procedures.

Changes will be made with due regard to fairness and applicable legal requirements.

Significant changes will be communicated in advance whenever reasonably possible.

16. Tournament Cancellations

Another Poker GmbH may cancel tournaments for organisational, operational or other important reasons.

If Another Poker GmbH cancels a tournament, any entry fees already paid will be refunded in full.

Registered players will be informed as early as reasonably possible.

Any additional statutory rights remain unaffected.

17. Personal Belongings and Liability

Participants are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.

To the extent permitted by law, Another Poker GmbH accepts no liability for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left unattended.

Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.

18. Photographs and Video Recordings

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during poker tournaments.

Images or recordings in which individual participants are identifiable will only be published with their prior consent.

Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Participants who do not wish their images to be published will not be disadvantaged in their participation in tournaments.

Further information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

19. Data Protection

Another Poker GmbH processes personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection legislation.

Further information regarding the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data is provided in the separate Privacy Policy.

20. Applicable Law and Final Provisions

Swiss law applies.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent under applicable law. Any mandatory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
